HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are shipped 1-3 weeks after placing the order. This means I have up to 21 business days to make and package your items and then your order will be shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of being shipped.
Several of my products are made to order or preorder items, meaning they take a little longer to process than "ready to ship" items. If your order does not include a preorder or made to order item I try my best to ship within 5-7 business days, but it is not guaranteed.
I only ship on business days (M-F) and my shipping timeframe does not include weekends.
Please wait until after the full 14 business days before contacting me regarding the status of your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but it has not arrived please wait a few days, sometimes the USPS system is incorrect.
If your package never arrives please contact USPS as I have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If I try to purchase your shipping label and it registers as an invalid address I will contact you and your order will not be shipped until I receive a valid address.
If your order is shipped back to me due to an invalid address you are responsible for covering the cost to reship the item to your correct address.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. look like new. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at pawsandpearlsco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded or sent back.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
If the return is due to a mistake on our end then the shipping fee will be covered by us.
If you are exchanging for a different size then the shipping fee will be charged back to the customer.
Returns of custom bandanas is not excepted.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive your refund once your item has arrived back to our address.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Unless otherwise stated on care instructions all of the products in our shop are machine washable and we strongly encourage to air dry after washing.
WHERE IS MY BANDANA MADE?
All bandanas in our shop are hand made beginning to end. You are getting something completely one of a kind!
WHAT SIZE BANDANA SHOULD I ORDER?
The most accurate way to determine your dog's bandana size is to measure the length of their collar and add 2 inches!
Example: if your dog's collar is 18" long then add 2" to that and you get 20" which would be a size Medium bandana.
Extra Small: 10-12" neck
Small breed young puppies, Chihuahua, mini dauschound
